At Genzik, we strive to ensure a smooth and hassle-free exchange process. We work with reliable courier partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, and DTDC. Since these partners charge for both reverse pickup and delivery of the exchanged item, we cover the costs so you don’t pay anything extra.
Our team will promptly arrange the reverse pickup and send the new product once the request is approved.
In the case of a return, once we receive the product and it passes our internal quality check, the product amount will be refunded either via Store Credits or your original payment method.
Please note:
• Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds for COD orders will be issued in the form of Store Credits only, which can be used on future purchases at Genzik.com.
- If you’re returning or exchanging part of a combo pack, please note that the entire combo must be returned. Partial returns are not accepted unless there’s a manufacturing defect. For any such concerns, feel free to contact us at the number or email above.
- Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.
